1. Booking & Reservations
Reservations can be made online, via phone, LINE, or WhatsApp. We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred time and treatment. Walk-ins are welcome based on availability.
2. Cancellation Policy
We do not charge cancellation fees for direct bookings. However, we kindly request at least 2 hours advance notice for cancellations. Bookings made through third-party platforms are subject to their respective cancellation policies.
3. Arrival & Punctuality
Please arrive 10-15 minutes before your scheduled appointment. Late arrivals may result in a shortened treatment to accommodate subsequent bookings. Treatment duration will not be extended due to late arrival.
4. Health & Safety
Please inform our staff of any health conditions, allergies, or pregnancy before your treatment. Certain treatments may not be suitable for guests with specific medical conditions. Our prenatal treatments are designed for expectant mothers between 16 and 32 weeks of pregnancy.
5. Payment
We accept cash (Thai Baht), VISA, Mastercard, JCB, American Express, Union Pay, QR code payment, and bank transfer. All prices are listed in Thai Baht and include applicable taxes. Online booking prices may differ from walk-in prices.
6. Service Limitations
We reserve the right to refuse service if a guest appears to be under the influence of alcohol or substances, or if providing treatment could pose a health risk. Guests must be 18 years or older for all treatments unless accompanied by a parent or guardian.
7. Valuables
While we provide lockers for your belongings, CORAN Boutique Spa is not responsible for loss or damage to personal items. Please leave valuables at home or in your hotel safe.
