We do not charge cancellation fees for direct bookings. However, bookings made through third-party platforms may be subject to their respective cancellation policies.

We accept cash (Thai Baht), VISA, Mastercard, JCB, American Express, Union Pay, QR code payment, and bank transfer.

Tipping is not mandatory but appreciated. A typical tip is approximately ฿200 or about 10% of your treatment cost.

We are located on the 3rd Floor, Building 1, Night Hotel Bangkok, 10 Sukhumvit Soi 15, Klongtoey-nua, Wattana, Bangkok 10110. We are just a 5-minute walk from BTS Asok Station.

We are open daily from 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM. Last reservation time depends on treatment duration, as all treatments are scheduled to finish by 9:30 PM. For example, the last booking for a 120-minute course is at 7:30 PM.

Our reception staff speaks English, and our therapists can communicate in simple English. We also offer support via LINE and WhatsApp in English.

Yes, shower facilities are available. Treatment rooms include a 15-20 minute shower allowance. However, for aromatherapy treatments, we recommend avoiding showering for 3 hours to maximize the therapeutic benefits of the essential oils.

Yes! Our Maternity Spa treatment is specially designed for expectant mothers between 16 and 32 weeks of pregnancy. It focuses on stress relief, circulation improvement, and relaxation. Please note that our KUSURI postnatal treatments are NOT suitable during pregnancy.

Yes, we have rooms that can accommodate couples. Please mention this when making your reservation so we can arrange the appropriate room for you.

You don't need to bring anything special. We provide all robes, towels, slippers, and amenities. Just come as you are and we'll take care of everything.

We recommend arriving 10-15 minutes before your scheduled appointment time. This allows you to complete any necessary forms and settle in before your treatment begins.

First-timers are very welcome! We provide disposable undergarments and a robe, so you don't need to bring anything. The warm herbal oils used in Ayurveda are carefully selected to absorb well and won't feel sticky. Shirodhara (warm oil poured on the forehead) is deeply relaxing, not uncomfortable. After treatment, you can shower and use our hair dryer and amenities. Our therapists will explain everything before starting.

From Suvarnabhumi Airport, it takes approximately 30-45 minutes by taxi (depending on traffic). By Airport Rail Link to Makkasan Station, then transfer to MRT Sukhumvit Station — total about 40 minutes. From Don Mueang Airport, about 45-60 minutes by taxi. Our spa is a 5-minute walk from BTS Asok / MRT Sukhumvit Station.

Yes! We offer an Early Morning Ayurveda Plan starting from 8:30 AM — perfect for travelers arriving on late-night flights. The 180-minute course includes Shirodhara, body scrub, full body massage, and herbal ball compress. Shower, changing room (40 min), and luggage storage are available. An optional breakfast buffet (6:30-8:30) is also available at the hotel restaurant.

After your spa session, the Asok/Nana area offers plenty of options! Enjoy breakfast or brunch at nearby cafes on Sukhumvit Soi 11-15, explore Terminal 21 shopping mall (connected to BTS Asok), or grab a coffee at one of the many specialty coffee shops. A great way to start your day refreshed before hotel check-in or sightseeing.

Yes! Our Office Syndrome Massage (VDT) is specifically designed for desk workers suffering from eye strain, insomnia, headaches, and neck/shoulder pain. The 90-minute course (฿1,400) combines 60 minutes of hot aroma oil body core massage with 30 minutes of organic herbal ball compress. All treatments are in private rooms.
