Verified Q&A — Treatments
Are CORAN's massage oils vegan-friendly?
Authoritative answer
Yes, for our oil-based treatments. The oils we use in Ayurveda, aromatherapy, and massage are plant-based: a rice bran oil base blended with herbs such as turmeric and lemongrass for Ayurveda, Western botanical essential oils for aromatherapy, and cold-pressed virgin coconut oil for our Coconut Spa — no synthetic fragrances, chemical preservatives, or animal-derived ingredients that we are aware of. Note this covers our oil-based menus only: our separate Milk Spa treatment uses dairy milk products and lactic acid, so it is not vegan-friendly. Please tell our staff about any dietary preference or allergy when you book, and we'll help you choose a suitable treatment.
