Your Visit Step by Step at CORAN Boutique Spa Bangkok: From Arrival to Aftercare

The visit at a glance

In order: you are greeted at the door, enjoy a welcome drink, we confirm your booking (or check availability if you have none), payment is taken at reception, we confirm your treatment, you fill in a short counseling sheet on your phone, Ayurveda guests take a dosha check and maternity guests sign a consent form, you relax while the room is prepared, you are guided to your room, and reception introduces your therapist. Then comes your treatment and, afterward, a shower.

Step 1: Arrive and meet our team

Come to the 3rd floor of Night Hotel Bangkok (3F, Building 1, 10 Sukhumvit Soi 15, Klongtoey-nua, Wattana, Bangkok 10110). Our team greets you at the door. We recommend arriving 10–15 minutes before your appointment so there is no rush. If you are coming straight from the airport or before hotel check-in, tell us when you arrive and we can store your luggage during your treatment.

Step 2: Welcome drink

Please sit down and relax with a welcome drink. This is the moment to slow down after the street outside; there is nothing you need to do yet.

Step 3: We confirm your booking

Reception confirms your booking. If you do not have one, we will check what is available for you. Walk-ins are welcome subject to availability, but booking ahead is the surest way to get the time you want. The booking page shows today's real open slots.

Step 4: Payment

You can pay by cash, credit card or QR code at reception.

Step 5: Booked through a travel site? Show your voucher

If you booked through Klook, KKday, VELTRA, GoWabi or a similar travel site, just show us the voucher screen on your phone.

Step 6: We confirm your treatment

We check the treatment you booked with you. If you would like to change it, tell us at this point.

Step 7: Scan the QR code and fill in the counseling sheet

Scan the QR code with your phone to fill in a short counseling sheet. It is available in six languages and lets your therapist know your goals, allergies and anything they should be careful about, so please be honest about skin conditions, allergies and pregnancy.

Step 8: Dosha check for Ayurveda, consent form for maternity

If you chose an Ayurveda treatment, you take a short dosha check at this point so the therapist can tailor your session. If you are having a maternity treatment, we ask you to sign a consent form.

Step 9: Relax while we prepare your room

Please relax while we prepare your room. When everything is ready, we guide you there.

Step 10: Meet your therapist

Our receptionist introduces your therapist, and from here you can simply enjoy your treatment. This is the last part shown in the video above.

Step 11: In the room

We provide a robe, towels and slippers, so you do not need to bring anything special; you change into the robe before your treatment. For Ayurveda treatments we also provide disposable undergarments. Your therapist explains each step before starting, including what to expect from warm-oil treatments. If you would like firmer or lighter pressure, say so at any point.

Step 12: Afterward, the shower and leaving

Shower facilities are available, and treatment rooms include a 15–20 minute shower allowance. A hair dryer and amenities are provided. Two things worth knowing: after aromatherapy we recommend not showering for about 3 hours so the essential oils can keep working, and after Shirodhara the oil soaks into your hair and scalp, so you wash your hair afterward (usually about twice), your scalp may still feel a little oily, and your makeup will come off, so please bring your makeup kit.
